Two substantial new build single family dwelling houses on the plot of a former single mansion house. The design was undertaken by Wolff Architects on behalf of local property developer Harrison Varma. Wolff Architects obtained planning consent for the development in conjunction with Savills Planning Consultants and assisted Harrison Varma with the works through to completion on site.

Each of the completed houses was circa 15,000 sq ft GIA and included extensive basements accommodating swimming pools, spas, gyms, games rooms and home cinemas. The exterior of the houses were designed in a traditional Victorian style to blend into the local streetscape.
