Here at homify we absolutely love small homes. The benefits are endless; they are easier to maintain and keep clean, they are convenient, they are generally less expensive than their larger counterparts, you can fit them on any available plot of land, and they are just so cosy! Traditionally small houses have been used for holiday getaways or retirement homes, but increasingly they are becoming standard for any type of homeowner, and today we're going to show you why that is so exciting.

What exactly constitutes small depends on the person, but today we're going to be looking at homes that are under 100 square metres.
