So far called to speak to an agent and pressed 1 for a callback after hanging on for about 3o minutes. 2 hours later still no call back. Trying again. Only have 30 minutes so not a happy person

The 4N1 tap does not deliver steaming hot water as claimed. I have had 3 different tanks fitted and the best I could get was 84 degrees centigrade which is not hot enough to brew tea. It might be OK for instant coffee but no good for brewing tea!
