This place truly works to be the best in the business. We had placed an order for cabinets last year when the store was under different ownership. Having no idea of this change, I went in to give them a date as to when I would be needing these kitchen cabinets. Due to the change in ownership, different inventory now, and new management this could have proven extremely difficult seeing the cabinets we purchased were no longer in stock. Rather than make it difficult, Erika Vera and Vince Hardwick made the whole process easy. Vince actually had to make changes to our original order but in the end we have exactly what we wanted.
Go see them, you will be glad you did. Surplus Building Materials has a customer for life.
I work in architecture and construction and sometimes have small projects that only need a small amount of unique product at a small cost. The store offers plenty of options and a great range of price for a good value. Scott and his team on the floor to the warehouse to help load the materials were awesome! They were professional and offered up as much assistance as was needed making the purchase a simple and pleasant experience.
Stay away from this store! The manager Rebecca very rude, she very bad customer service. I don’t know how she can does management. I couldn’t returned my vinyl floor just because the box opened ( the box not even damaged). Luckily I bought just one box, that just ONLY ONE BOX. I opened for measurements not even take the vinyl off the box. I never got this experience before. Home Depot & Lowes & Floor n Decor even the stuff broken they still allow for return. ONE BOX just $50.33 dollars not a big deal but they lost the customer. If you don’t want waste money waste time so stay away from this store!!!!!
