Este hermoso edificio de departamentos, diseño del Arq. Pablo Durst, se encuentra ubicado entre medio de grandes árboles. Como criterio se buscó una opción que por color rompiera con el verde imperante en la calle y que generara contraste con la fachada. La jardinera se dividió en tres para permitir el cruce hacia la banqueta. Para el Roof Garden se hicieron los cálculos pertinentes que le permitieran a la azotea soportar la colocación de grandes macetones que pudieran contener árboles. Se diseñaron jardineras en acero y en concreto, así como un estanque de acuáticas.
This beautiful apartment building, designed by Architect Pablo Durst, is located in the midst of large trees. As criterion, an option was sought that by color would break with the prevailing green in the street and that would generate contrast with the facade. The planter was divided in three to allow the crossing to the sidewalk. For the Roof Garden the pertinent calculations were made that would allow the roof to support the placement of large planters that could contain trees. Planters were designed in steel and concrete, as well as a water pond.
Euphorbia continifolia, lavanda y espárragos entre pizarras negras. Se buscó un árbol pequeño y que contrastara con el edificio y los grandes árboles del resto de la calle.

Desde esta perspectiva se alcanza a apreciar la jardinera de la amplia banqueta, que está dividida en tres para que sea posible subir a la misma tras bajarse del auto.
Abajo, se ve la jardinera sobre las azoteas de las bodegas en el sótano, lo que le da la vista al acceso.
